    End User Services provides VISP services to dial-up ISP's, allowing them to continue maximizing their revenue in the declining dial-up internet market. EUS helps ISP's focus on their core business while still generating revenue from dial-up users. EUS currently provides VISP services to nearly 50 ISP's as well as provides other services to thousands of other ISP's.


  1. Dan Ravenstahl - President of End User Services

    As President, Dan is responsible for the long-term profitability of EUS by providing effective growth Dan Ravenstahlstrategies and overseeing efficient operations. As a result of his leadership skills and character, he has played a vital role in the success of EUS and plans on being a major contributor for many years to come.

    Before joining ABG Capital in 1999, Dan obtained a B.A. in Accounting from Robert Morris University, graduating Cum Laude. After graduation, he gained two years of public accounting experience and was controller for a non-profit organization. Thanks to his management skills and knowledge, Dan has been able to overcome obstacles and provide significant value to ABG Capital. His persistence and commitment to excellence have provided him with the opportunity to become President of EUS.

    Outside of the workplace, Dan enjoys his down time by hunting, fishing, playing poker, and spending time with his family.

  1. Paul Frye - Operations Manager of End User Services

    As Operations Manager, Paul is responsible for the Paul Fryedaily Operations of EUS. He also directly manages any acquisitions and VISP integrations. Paul regularly consults with our technical support staff to identify and resolve any outstanding end user technical and billing issues.

    Since joining EUS, Paul has had significant involvement in developing it into the advanced end-user solution it is today. This includes developing the VISP program as well as implementation of the new EUS customer web interface.

    Prior to Joining EUS, Paul was a system administrator for Winbeam specializing in mail services and dial-up operations. Prior to that, he worked as an IT technician for AT&T in their international directory assistance office in Pittsburgh.

    In his free time Paul enjoys spending time with his family and is part owner of a music studio in the South Side area of Pittsburgh.
