As a second-generation family member, Jeff has been with ABG Capital since 1997, transforming the company from a small family-run computer service firm into a fast-growing management company that provides back office operations to its portfolio companies.
As CEO, Jeff’s ability to keep the culture of the organization in line with its long-term strategic plan has been essential to the success of ABG Capital. His strengths of seeing big and looking ahead keeps the company meeting and exceeding its goals.
As a Co-Founder and shareholder of ABG Capital with his brother Jason, Jeff has been able to create an organization focused on making a difference, whether it’s to a teammate or in the community. Jeff believes that in order to build a successful business, you have to start with people. This belief has enabled ABG Capital to be voted one of the Best Places to Work in Pennsylvania on a regular basis.
Jeff also sits on the Board of Directors for ABG Capital. As a board member, Jeff’s key purpose is to ensure the Company's prosperity by overseeing the Company's affairs and representing the interests of its shareholders. The board must address business and financial challenges and deal with issues relating to corporate governance, corporate social responsibility and corporate ethics.
Jeff holds an A.S. in Engineering Technology from The Pennsylvania State University, as well as a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering Technology and a B.S. in Industrial Management from Gannon University. Prior to running ABG Capital, he worked in manufacturing as an engineer for Kyowa America Corporation and Foam Fabricators, Inc.
Jeff’s enthusiasm and strong work ethic goes beyond the walls of ABG Capital. He enjoys spending time with his family, being involved in his kid’s athletic teams as a coach or a board member, skiing, sports, photography, and working around his home.
