Sharon oversees all aspects of Human Resources for ABG Capital and its portfolio companies. Drawing from over 10 years of comprehensive human resources experience, Sharon leads the efforts to build relationships with the staff, management and outside vendors through her positive and professional communication style.
Sharon graduated from Clarion University with a B.S. in Business Administration dual major of Management & Marketing. In addition, Sharon earned her Professional in Human Resources (PHR) through the HR Certification Institute, 1995 - 2004. She was active on various committees for Pittsburgh Legal Administrator's Association and has been an active member of Pittsburgh Human Resources Association. Starting her career in the glass manufacturing business, Sharon's experience spans a variety of industries, including Legal Services. As Director of Human Resources for a large prominent law firm in Pittsburgh, Sharon acquired eight years of HR Generalist proficiency and expertise.
While balancing her work and personal time, Sharon enjoys spending time with her family participating in activities such as boating, outdoor recreation, and travel.
