Sharon oversees all aspects of Human Resources for ABG Capital and its portfolio companies. Drawing from over 10 years of comprehensive human resources experience, Sharon leads the efforts to build relationships with the staff, management and outside vendors through her positive and professional communication style.
Starting her career in the glass manufacturing business, Sharon's experience spans a variety of industries, including Legal Services. As Director of Human Resources for a prominent law firm in Pittsburgh, Sharon acquired eight years of HR Generalist proficiency and expertise.
Sharon graduated from Clarion University with a B.S. in Business Administration and a dual major of Management & Marketing. Sharon has also earned her Professional in Human Resources (PHR) through the HR Certification Institute, 1995-2004. She was active on various committees for the Pittsburgh Legal Administrator's Association and has been an active member of Pittsburgh Human Resources Association.
While balancing her work and personal time, Sharon enjoys spending time with her family and participating in activities such as boating, outdoor recreation, and travel.
